Caitlin holland
Caitlin is Brian’s “baby” sister. She is passionate about using her position on the Board of Directors to ensure that Brian’s legacy of fun, kindness, and compassion extends well beyond his lifetime.
Caitlin is an attorney licensed in New Jersey with primary experience in family law and a variety of civil matters. She is a lifetime resident of Monmouth County and is currently based in Asbury Park. Caitlin’s understanding of non-profits comes from her clinical experience at Syracuse where she assisted organizing and incorporating local non-profit organizations. Graduate The Catholic University of America, BA 2014; Syracuse University, JD 2017.
Julia Josephson
Julia and Brian worked together for many years at The Asbury Hotel where they grew to love one another’s spirit, drive, and sense of humor.
An enthusiastic and engaged hospitality leader, Julia is the Corporate Director of Revenue for Salt Hotels. Julia is a proven strategist and brings her analytical expertise to BHLF. Julia leverages her education and real world experience in all of her professional endeavors, including her position at Salt Hotels and BHLF. Julia is the owner/operator of “Little Shop of Geeks”, a pop culture themed design studio and shop. In her rare spare time Julia enjoys spending time with her dog James, cat Lily, and Husband Tim. Graduate Middlesex Community College in Massachusetts, AS 2014.
Connor langton
Connor and Brian were co-workers and spent countless hours together opening and operating the Asbury Hotel back in 2016.
Connor is a hotel management professional with over a decade of experience in the management, operation, and strategy management of lifestyle hotels. In addition to his position with BHFL, Connor is the Corporate Director of Revenue Management for Refined Hospitality and is a frequent professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University and Middlesex College. Connor likes to cook, runs when he can, and is married to his college sweetheart, Hannah. Graduate Johnson & Wales University, BS 2013, MBA 2016.
Lindsay Prato
Lindsay is Brian’s younger sister and is grateful for the opportunity to honor Brian by spreading kindness, compassion and joy through the work of the foundation.
Lindsay has worked as the Program Director for a local medical vocational school. She loves that this experience has allowed her to meet and work closely with new friends and neighbors in Monmouth and Ocean Counties as they get started with their careers in healthcare. Graduate Stockton University, MS 2006.
